Three verticals we know in depth.
Every engagement is rooted in domain fluency — not generic consulting frameworks retrofitted to logistics or mobility.
Marketplace & Cross-Border Commerce
Marketplace entry, global selling, and the fulfilment architecture behind both. We have built marketplace businesses from the platform side — launching a national Amazon marketplace, running its largest seller accounts, and designing the export programme that took foreign brands into EU5. We know where sellers stall before they do.
- Marketplace onboarding & account strategy
- Global selling & cross-border VAT/OSS registration
- Fulfilment architecture (FBA vs 3PL)
- Returns economics & reverse logistics
- Verpackungsgesetz & product compliance
Last-Mile Delivery
Urban logistics, CEP networks, micro-hubs, and courier compliance. German last-mile economics are decided by subcontractor structure, labour compliance, and hub geography — not by the pilot city's unit costs. We help delivery operators design a network that survives the transition from one city to ten.
- CEP network design
- Micro-hub & depot siting
- Zero-emission fleet transition
- Courier employment models
- Route density economics
Mobility
Ride-hailing, micromobility, and EV fleets entering a licensing regime that is decided city by city. Passenger transport in Germany runs on the PBefG: vehicle-level concessions, return obligations, dispatch rules, and municipal authorities with their own reading of each. We are currently running a Canadian ride-hailing platform's German market entry end to end.
- Municipal permit strategy
- Charging & depot infrastructure
- Licensing (PBefG, StVO) navigation
- Public affairs & regulator dialogue
- Works council & operational readiness
